I have kids so I can't be out of the main floor for too long, which is why I'm looking for professionals to do the job. I think that the first floor is approx 1600-2000 sq ft (give or take since I don't have a tape measure handy and I just paced off and multiplied some rough measurements). Need someone to analyze condition of grout - I need a tile specialist that can analyze whether or not the grout in the house I rented was treated during application. I am moving out now and the landlord asked me to use muric acid to clean the grout. The acid did not clean the grout and he's threatening to withhold deposit money. I need someone who can analyze the current condition of the grout and recommend how to clean it if possible. If restoring it to it's original condition is not possible, we need to know whether or not it was applied correctly in the first place. It is approximately 1-yr old.
